Divorce on mobile is divorce?
Before answering this question we need to know something about divorce.
Rasool SAW said there are three things which are effective even if given intentionally, effective even if given with a smile, one, Nikah two, Talaq three, Ghulam Azad. So if a wise man divorces his wife then that divorce will be valid. Willingly or unintentionally or angrily or stubbornly or with the wife listening or not listening will be divorced in all cases. If one gives talaq then one talaq will take place. And if two talaqs are given then two tala will be established, in these two cases if you wish you can bring back your wife before the end of Iddat. It will say that I have taken her back as my wife, or can bring her back by treating her like a wife. And if three talaqs are given then Mugallaya (quadruple talaq) will be organized. Then he will not be able to accept this wife as his wife without giving hila.
Allah Rabbul Alamin says, Talaq should be maximum two, then there are two ways open for the husband, maybe he will keep him according to principle, that is, he will withdraw the Talaq. Or in the best way, he will leave her, i.e. leave the lock without withdrawing it, so that she can complete the Iddat..... Then if the husband divorces her for the third time, then this divorced wife will not be lawful for him until then. As long as she does not take another husband. Then if the second husband divorces them, there is no sin in their remarriage.
